Navratri Celebration With Garba

October 2, 2014 by Swati Singh 1 Comment

Navratri is one of the most celebrated festival of Indians wherein we fast and worship goddess Durga for 9 days. Garba and Dandiya are very popular dances during Navratri’s marking the celebration where everybody gathers and dance to the tune.

This year we had Garba dance organised in my apartment complex itself, it was not on a very large scale but I guess that doesn’t matter if the people are all enthusiastic :). I wore my most loved ghagra style wrap skirt which Abhishek got me from Gujarat while we was studying at NID, matched with a yellow top and few accessories.

The pictures got lil blurry because of the dance effect and dear hubby had some tough time to capture me, heeee
