First I Ignored it, then I Abhorred it until recently I Acknowledged it and there I found a cure for it…
One day at a friend’s place when guys where busy among themselves, Tina and I also started with our chit chat. In between we came to the topic of girly issues and I started telling her how I often suffer from sudden mood swings, body pains and fatigue. She took no time and classified them as signs of PMS(pre menstrual syndrome) but then the boys returned and we did a hush hush on PMS. At night when I came back home I quickly googled on my mobile to read about PMS, my God it seemed scary!!! All those hormonal issues blah blah!!! I wanted no more…I mean already we have these Periods issues and now this new thing PMS??? I left it there and went back to sleep wanting to forget everything.
But frankly PMS wouldn’t let me forget as it would be there every month. For almost 10 days out of 30 days, I would be such an untolerable person who would cry on drop of a needle, avoid going out if possible and just want to eat and sulk around. The whole thing was so dramatic to be believed because no sooner the Periods would start, PMS vanished. Spooky really…
This went on for some months and slowly I began to accept it. Until one day I made up my mind to tolerate it no more and decided to consult a doctor to begin with. The doctor examined me and declared me perfectly fine and just prescribed Vitamin E capsules for 3 month. During these months I had very less PMS symptoms so this was clear indication that Vitamin E was my saviour.
But instead of medicine I wanted a natural source of Vitamin E to give to my body. Aloe Vera juice/gel was one readily available alternative. I planted some in my balcony and now regularly eat a spoonful of it’s pulp and my PMS issues have vanished. I know you would say it is slimy, tasteless to eat. But believe me when I think of how it saves those PMS troubled 10 days every month it becomes so easy to gulp it down. Those of you who can’t have an aloe vera plant may try aloe vera juice available in market also, it should be effective too.
Finally I am happy to be back to my normal self now. Friend are you also suffering from PMS??? What all things you have tried and what worked best for you, share with me so others could also benefit from it…

It is always the best to accept what is happening to our body asap and give a treatment. Many of them feel the symptoms, google it but are not ready to accept it. My sister in law has acute depression problem but she wouldn’t accept it and neither treat it. She is struggling with herself and the whole family is affected.
I will pass on your article to her and convince her to take the treatment instead of struggling within herself.

Yes Nisha very truly said…your sister in law is lucky to have you by her side and I hope she tries it and gets the benefit. If this also does not work she can visit a doctor to check for any other deficiency before it disturbs family peace.
