Well you might be liking baggy pants but I am sure not baggy/puffy eyes. Then why to carry them day in and day out when there is an easy solution for this. Being used to sitting in front of computer I too get puffy and tired eyes along with dark circles when I sleep less.
Then I started using this recipe and I am able to see lot of difference. Also this is very relaxing for the eyes. You just need to take 1:1 ratio of cold milk and rose water and mix them. Then soak 2 cotton balls in it and put them on your closed eyes. Relax and lay down like this for 15-20 minutes and then remove the cotton ball and let your eyes dry. You can do it regularly and should be able to see results in your eye condition.
