Awesome Shopping Experience with Jabong.com

I have been thinking of going for a vacation with my family since a long time but last week only finalised my plans. And the first thing which came to my mind after this was SHOPPING, I know there are many fellow readers who cannot agree more to this 🙂

Well during weekdays shopping is not possible due to work and during weekends it is more or less impossible due to huge crowd in the malls and the never ending queue to trial rooms…phew….Luckily at that time I got a gift voucher and an opportunity to shop from Jabong.com

I am sure you all must be aware of Jabong.com as it is one of the biggest online shopping website in India and must have seen there funky advertisement in TV where girls go mad over the arrival of the Jabong delivery boy :). They have wide range of products available including women, men and kids clothing, accessories, watches,shoes and home furnishing.There website is very neatly done and it is very easy to narrow down your search to decide the product you want to buy. You can search for products in any price range/brand/size/color, just a click and your search is modified.

First I thought I would buy shoes or handbags since I have never bought women clothes online but I decided to give it a try. I must say they have lot of variety in clothing in all price range to best suit your need. You can actually use there “Size Guide” to check which size would be suitable for you. Also there is an option of “Fitting Room”  to choose the correct size, where you compare the dress you want to buy with the one that already fits you.

So I finally selected one dress, one top and a handbag and placed my order. Glad to say there delivery is quite fast as within 2 days I got all the products even though the expected delivery date was in far future. All the products are of good quality and similar to what they appear in the pictures on there website. So basically you get what you see :).

I did have size issue with one dress and for the exchange I had to just drop a mail to there customer care and the rest was taken care by them. They gave me a call to initiate the exchange request and the very next day the product was picked up from my door step and the new size product arrived the day later. Isn’t it easy…
