The Four Fountains Day Spa visit
I have been busy playing so many roles in daily life that I hardly get any time for myself. I was feeling fully drained off since few days so decided to go for a spa, I decided to visit The Four Fountain Spa.
Since it was my first experience I was very excited and also anxious about the value of it, but all the doubts flew off once I visited the spa. I went to there Koramangala, Bangalore branch since that was the nearest to my home. The spa had a very neat and clean ambiance. They had diffused lemon grass aroma is the whole spa which helps to relax and enlighten your mood the moment you enter there.
The staff there was very helping and sweet. They helped me decide which massage treatment would be best for me based on my requirement. I generally get stiff shoulders and back pain so I did not want some rigorous massage so they suggested me to for for Aromatherapy Relaxing light massage.
The arrangement in the massage room was nice with disposable clothes and neat quiet surrounding and attached shower room. The masseuse was very efficient and massage with light but firm hand just perfect to relax my stiff shoulders and back without overdoing it. Felt fully refreshed and relaxed after the massage and bath. They also did my stress test and gave prescription for recommended diet and everyday exercise to lead a healthy life.
I feel addition of some more green elements to the ambiance would have increased the overall relaxation feel more. All in all a nice spa with full value for money experience.
They have there branches in lot of cities so you can surely try them out, check on there website to get more details Here
My genuine reviews for an invited visit.
